A diamond bangle is a rigid band set with diamonds that you wear on the wrist. Lab grown diamond bangles at Nivara start from around ₹83,000 for a slim piece and rise to around ₹6,63,000 for a pair. Choose the design first, then your Indian bangle size, from 2.2 to 2.14, and read the carat total before you decide.
In many homes, gold bangles arrive as gifts: from a mother, at a wedding, on a birthday. A diamond bangle is one you can simply choose for yourself, and it is on show all day, at the keyboard, on the steering wheel, in the lift. Every piece below is from our diamond bangles, and each one is offered in 14k and 18k gold.
Diamond bangle designs
The bangles on this page fall into five designs, from one diamond at the front to diamonds all the way round. Prices are for 14k gold and move with the gold rate.
One centre diamond or cluster
A slim gold band with a single point of light at the front. It slides under a sleeve, sits beside a watch and stacks with the gold bangles you already own, which makes it the easiest place to begin.
Sol slim bangle, from around ₹83,000. A round flower of diamonds at the front of a slim gold bangle, 0.85 carat in all.
Mira oval bangle, from around ₹2,15,500. One oval diamond in a halo of small diamonds at the front of a slim hinged oval bangle, 1.15 carat in all.
Diamonds across the front of a hinged oval
A hinged oval bangle opens on one side and closes round the wrist, so it never has to pass over your hand, and its oval shape follows the wrist. With a row of diamonds across the front it is the dinner and evening bangle, and it catches the light when your hand reaches for a glass.
Elyra halo bangle, from around ₹3,44,000. Five round diamonds, each in a halo of small diamonds, across the front of a hinged oval bangle, 2.90 carat in all.
Noor five diamond bangle, from around ₹4,45,500. Five round diamonds that grow larger toward the centre, held in claws across the front of a hinged oval bangle, 5.00 carat in all.
Tennis bangles, set all the way round
A tennis bangle is set with diamonds around the whole circle, so it shows light wherever it turns on the wrist. It is rigid, which separates it from a flexible tennis bracelet, and you choose it by bangle size. Our tennis bracelet guide goes into carats, settings and care for the flexible version.
Ishar tennis bangle, from around ₹4,21,500. Round diamonds set side by side all the way round a slim gold bangle, 6.50 carat in all.
Ishar buttercup tennis bangle, from around ₹4,05,500. Round diamonds each held in a petal shaped gold cup, all the way round, 6.30 carat in all.
Patterned bands, kadas and pairs
Here the diamonds follow a pattern along the band instead of a single stone. The kada is the sturdier bangle with a long place in Indian jewellery, worn at weddings and festivals and just as good alone on a plain sleeve. A pair gives you two bangles that move together.
Mode Forever bangle, from around ₹3,02,000. Rows of small diamonds set side by side along the outer face of a gold bangle, 1.90 carat in all.
Ishar Heritage kada, from around ₹2,09,500. A band of small diamonds in linked scalloped sections around a gold bangle, 1.08 carat in all.
Ishar traditional pair, from around ₹6,63,000. Two slim gold bangles with round diamonds in small raised settings spaced around each, 4.84 carat in all.
Open and floral bangles
A familiar motif in diamonds. Flowers suit a bangle because the wrist turns all day and every petal catches the light from a new angle. The open design leaves a gap at the front, so the flower and the bud become the whole piece.
Flora open bangle, from around ₹1,49,500. An open bangle with a flower of diamonds at one end and a pear diamond bud at the other, 1.20 carat in all.
Flora lotus bangle, from around ₹2,77,500. A hinged bangle with pear diamonds on gold stems across the front, ending in a ribbed flower of small diamonds, 2.15 carat in all.

Which diamond bangle for which day
| Occasion | Designs that work | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Every day, office | One centre diamond or cluster | Slim, light, and quiet at a keyboard |
| Dinners, evenings | Diamonds across the front of a hinged oval, floral bangles | Light that shows when a hand moves |
| Weddings, festivals | Tennis bangles, kadas, patterned bands, pairs | Presence that holds its own against silk and embroidery |
| A gift for her | A slim bangle, once you know her size | Easy to wear on its own or with bangles she already has |
To stack, keep the bangles the same size so they move together. Wear two slim diamond bangles as a pair, or one diamond bangle between plain gold ones, with the widest piece closest to the hand.
Bangle size: how to find yours
Indian bangle sizes run from 2.2 to 2.14. The number after the point counts sixteenths of an inch, so 2.6 is 2 and 6/16 inches across the inside. This table is from our bangle size chart, which also explains three ways to measure at home.
| Bangle size | Inner diameter (inches) | Inner diameter (mm) | Inner circumference (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.2 | 2.125 in | 54.0 mm | 170 mm |
| 2.4 | 2.250 in | 57.2 mm | 180 mm |
| 2.6 | 2.375 in | 60.3 mm | 190 mm |
| 2.8 | 2.500 in | 63.5 mm | 199 mm |
| 2.10 | 2.625 in | 66.7 mm | 209 mm |
| 2.12 | 2.750 in | 69.9 mm | 219 mm |
| 2.14 | 2.875 in | 73.0 mm | 229 mm |
The quickest method is to lay a bangle that fits you on a ruler and measure straight across the inside. No bangle to hand? Bring your thumb to your little finger, wrap a thread round the widest part of your hand, and match the length to the circumference column. Slip on bangles must pass over your knuckles, so choose the larger size when you are between two. Hinged bangles open round the wrist, so your wrist matters too. Share your bangle size, or your hand and wrist measurements, when you message us, so the fit can be checked for the design you choose.
What diamond bangles cost
Every Nivara diamond is VVS clarity, E colour and ideal cut, so the grade never changes with the price. The price follows three things: the carat total, the weight of the gold and how the stones are set. Prices below are for 14k gold and move with the gold rate. 18k gold costs more, and each product page shows both.
| Bangle | Carats in all | From around (14k gold) |
|---|---|---|
| Sol slim bangle | 0.85 | ₹83,000 |
| Flora open bangle | 1.20 | ₹1,49,500 |
| Ishar Heritage kada | 1.08 | ₹2,09,500 |
| Mira oval bangle | 1.15 | ₹2,15,500 |
| Flora lotus bangle | 2.15 | ₹2,77,500 |
| Mode Forever bangle | 1.90 | ₹3,02,000 |
| Elyra halo bangle | 2.90 | ₹3,44,000 |
| Ishar buttercup tennis bangle | 6.30 | ₹4,05,500 |
| Ishar tennis bangle | 6.50 | ₹4,21,500 |
| Noor five diamond bangle | 5.00 | ₹4,45,500 |
| Ishar traditional pair | 4.84 | ₹6,63,000 |
Carats are the total for the piece, and the pair is two bangles. You can see every design in our diamond bangles and the wider lab grown diamond bracelets.
Four questions to ask before you buy a diamond bangle
A bangle is worn every day, so ask the same four questions of any brand. What clarity and colour are the diamonds, and what certificate comes with them? What karat is the gold, and is it hallmarked? What will the brand pay back on exchange or buyback, and from when? How long until the exact piece is ready?
Ours: VVS clarity, E colour and ideal cut on every diamond; 14k or 18k BIS hallmarked gold; a lifetime exchange and buyback, set out below; and a ready date for the exact bangle on request. The pieces listed on our website usually take 18 to 20 days to deliver, depending on the design. If you are comparing lab grown diamond brands in India, put the same four questions to each.
What comes with every piece
- One diamond standard, whatever the budget: VVS clarity, E colour, ideal cut.
- IGI certification, and on solitaires the report number laser inscribed on the stone, so the paper and the diamond are one.
- 14k or 18k BIS hallmarked gold.
- A lifetime exchange at 100% of the current gold and diamond value, and a lifetime buyback at 100% gold and 85% diamond value.
- Lifetime polishing, cleaning and prong tightening, for as long as the piece is worn.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a diamond bangle cost in India?
At Nivara, the bangles on this page run from around ₹83,000 for a slim bangle with 0.85 carat to around ₹6,63,000 for a pair with 4.84 carat in all, in 14k gold. The price follows the carat total, the weight of the gold and how the stones are set, and every diamond is VVS clarity, E colour and ideal cut. 18k gold costs more, and prices move with the gold rate.
What size diamond bangle should I buy?
Measure a bangle that already fits you across the inside and match it to the Indian bangle size chart, which runs from 2.2 to 2.14. If you fall between two sizes and the bangle slips on over your hand, choose the larger. A hinged bangle also goes by your wrist, so share both measurements and we confirm the fit for the design you choose.
What is the difference between a diamond bangle and a diamond bracelet?
A bangle is a rigid band that keeps its shape on the wrist, either closed, hinged or open at the front. A bracelet is flexible, a chain or a line of linked diamonds that closes with a clasp. A tennis bangle looks like a tennis bracelet but is rigid, so you choose it by bangle size, not by wrist length.
Can I wear a diamond bangle every day?
Yes. A slim design suits the keyboard, the commute and a long dinner alike. Take it off for the gym and before you use cleaning chemicals, and bring it to a showroom now and then: we polish, clean and tighten the prongs for life, for as long as the piece is worn.
How long does a diamond bangle take to deliver?
The pieces listed on our website usually take 18 to 20 days to deliver, depending on the design. Ask us for the ready date of the exact bangle you choose, and share your size when you do.
