No. Nivara has no showroom in Jaipur. We serve the city online, with a private video viewing followed by free insured delivery. Indore is our nearest showroom to Jaipur, and Hyderabad and Bangalore are equally open to you.

Do you deliver across Jaipur and Rajasthan?

Yes. Every Nivara diamond is IGI certified, with the report number laser inscribed on the girdle so the stone and its paperwork can never be separated. Every stone is VVS clarity, E colour and ideal cut, with hearts and arrows precision, and passes 27 quality checks before it is set. A light performance report accompanies every diamond. Diamonds are priced at a flat rate of Rs. 50,000 per carat, with the setting and metal quoted separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What are the exchange and buyback terms for Jaipur buyers?
The same as for any Nivara customer. Every Nivara piece carries lifetime exchange at 100% of the current gold value and 100% of the current diamond value. Making charges and taxes are waived if you exchange within 15 days of purchase and deducted after that. Lifetime buyback is at 100% of the current gold value and 85% of the current diamond value, with making charges and taxes deducted. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within 7 days and any refund is processed in 6 to 8 days.
