Does Nivara have a showroom in Delhi?
No. Nivara has no showroom in Delhi or the NCR. We serve the city online, with a private video viewing before you decide and free insured delivery afterwards. Our showrooms are in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Indore, and you are welcome at any of them if you would rather see pieces in person.
How do I buy from Delhi?
Start on WhatsApp. Tell us the occasion, who the piece is for and the budget you have in mind, and we will shortlist stones and settings before the call so the consultation is about choosing rather than browsing. A consultant then shows you the pieces live on video and answers whatever you want to ask about the stone.
Can I actually judge a diamond over video?
Yes. The call is held under real lighting, with the piece turned by hand so you can watch how the stone behaves as it moves. You will also receive the IGI report and the light performance report for the exact stone, not a sample document, before you are asked to commit to anything.
Do you deliver across Delhi and NCR, and is it insured?
Yes. Delivery is free and fully insured across Delhi, including South Delhi, Central Delhi, Dwarka and Rohini, and across the wider NCR including Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Ready pieces usually arrive within a few days, and made to order pieces take about three to four weeks.
Are Nivara's lab grown diamonds certified?
Yes. Every Nivara diamond is IGI certified, with the report number laser inscribed on the girdle so the stone and its paperwork can never be separated. Every stone is VVS clarity, E colour and ideal cut, with hearts and arrows precision, and passes 27 quality checks before it is set. A light performance report accompanies every diamond. Diamonds are priced at a flat rate of Rs. 50,000 per carat, with the setting and metal quoted separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What are the exchange and buyback terms for Delhi buyers?
Identical to those of a showroom customer. Every Nivara piece carries lifetime exchange at 100% of the current gold value and 100% of the current diamond value. Making charges and taxes are waived if you exchange within 15 days of purchase and deducted after that. Lifetime buyback is at 100% of the current gold value and 85% of the current diamond value, with making charges and taxes deducted. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within 7 days and any refund is processed in 6 to 8 days.
