These are 12 designs where the band is doing as much of the work as the stone, rather than acting purely as a mount. Are band rings easier to wear every day?
Generally yes. A lower profile means less catching on clothing, hair and bag straps, and the weight sits closer to the finger so the ring is less inclined to rotate. If you want a diamond ring that you genuinely never take off, a band style is the more practical starting point than a high set solitaire.
Can a band ring be stacked with other rings?
The flatter profiles here sit well against another band. The thing to watch is metal on metal wear, since two rings rubbing constantly will polish grooves into each other over years, and a V shaped band will only sit flush against a matching contour. Choose the same karat for anything worn permanently side by side, because a harder alloy will wear a softer one.
How is a band ring priced?
The diamonds are ₹50,000 per carat at VVS clarity and E colour, the same rate for every buyer, with metal and setting additional. Rings here run from about ₹55,000 to about ₹1,44,000. On a band ring the metal weight is a larger share of the total than on a solitaire, so your choice between 14K and 18K has a more noticeable effect on the final price.
Can a band ring be resized later?
Plain sections of a band can often be worked on, but a band set with diamonds all the way round cannot be resized without disturbing the setting. A band worn daily will show its life, and you are not stuck with it. The lifetime exchange returns 100% of the current gold value and 100% of the current diamond value against a new piece, with making charges and taxes waived within 15 days of purchase and deducted after that. The lifetime buyback returns 100% of the current gold value and 85% of the current diamond value, with making charges and taxes always deducted. Separately, if a ring is damaged, defective or not as described on arrival, report it within 7 days.
