Heart-shaped Pendants

Nivara's heart-shaped diamond pendants are made for the woman who wears sentiment without sentimentality. IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds in 18K gold, set in clean heart silhouettes that read as fine jewellery rather than a Valentine's cliché.

The heart pendant has a long history in fine jewellery. It is one of the most immediately recognisable shapes. What separates a well-made diamond heart pendant from a generic one is proportion, setting quality, and the diamond itself. Nivara's heart pendants are built to the same standard as the rest of the collection: certified stones, considered dimensions, settings that hold the diamond at the correct angle to maximise brilliance.

These are pieces that work for milestones. A daughter's first diamond. A gift between partners. A self-purchase that marks something specific. They are also pieces that work every day, on a delicate chain under a collar or visible above a neckline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these pendants set with heart shaped diamonds or shaped as hearts?
Mostly the latter. The 41 designs in the Sneh line, including Duet, Grace Note, Currentline, Pulse and Heartnote, form the heart in the setting itself using round lab-grown diamonds arranged along the outline. The Sneh heart halo pendant is the clearest example. This means the heart reads cleanly at a small scale, which a single heart cut stone struggles to do.
Why is the heart outline made from round diamonds?
A heart is a curved, asymmetric form, and a line of round brilliants follows a curve far more smoothly than a single faceted heart shaped stone can at pendant scale. It also means every stone in the piece performs at full brilliance, since a round is the cut that returns the most light. All stones are ideal cut and hearts and arrows precise.
How much does a heart pendant cost?
From about ₹47,000 to about ₹1,13,000 across the 41 designs. The diamond content is charged at ₹50,000 per carat for VVS clarity and E colour, the same rate for every buyer, and the metal and setting are additional. The halo designs sit at the upper end because of the additional stones and setting work.
Is this a good gift, and can I have it made in time?
It is one of our most gifted categories. Every piece is made to order and takes about three weeks, so order with that lead time in mind rather than a few days before the date. If you are working to a deadline, tell the showroom team when you order. Delivery is fully insured.
What if I choose the wrong metal colour as a gift?
The lifetime exchange covers it, and it is the route to use. You receive 100% of the current gold value and 100% of the current diamond value against a different piece, and making charges and taxes are waived if you exchange within 15 days of purchase, deducted after that. Separately, if the piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described, report it within 7 days and we will assess it case by case, with any refund processed in 6 to 8 days.
How do I make sure the pendant hangs straight?
A heart form is asymmetric, so it needs a properly centred bail to sit upright rather than tilting. Each piece is made with a bail proportioned to its own weight, and every piece clears 27 quality checks before it ships. If a pendant twists on the chain, it is usually the chain that is too light for the pendant rather than a fault in the setting, so keep the chain it is supplied with.
