The showroom occupies the ground and first floors of Shivaay One on Yeshwant Niwas Road in Shivaji Nagar, between the city's commercial core and its residential heart. It is a straightforward trip from Vijay Nagar, Palasia, New Palasia, South Tukoganj, Saket and the MG Road axis. We are open all seven days, 11 am to 9 pm. Walk ins are welcome, and we suggest booking ahead for bridal or bespoke consultations so the visit is unhurried and you have a specialist to yourself.

Loupes and IGI certificates sit on the counter rather than behind it. Most Indore customers come back with a parent, a partner or a trusted friend for the second visit, and often a third before the final decision. What We Make in Indore

The full Nivara range is made to order at Shivaay One: engagement rings and solitaires, bridal sets with coordinated necklaces, earrings, bangles and mangalsutras, everyday pieces, pendants and gifting edits, in hallmarked 14K and 18K yellow, white or rose gold. Every diamond is IGI certified, VVS clarity, E colour and ideal cut, hearts and arrows precise, and passes 27 quality checks before it is set, with the report number laser inscribed on the girdle and a light performance report supplied with the stone. Diamonds are priced at a flat Rs. 50,000 per carat, with setting and metal quoted separately.

Bespoke design runs end to end from the showroom: consultation, a CAD rendering for your approval, a wax sample where the design calls for one, then production. The full process usually takes three to four weeks, so plan around wedding dates. Buyers travelling in from Bhopal, Ujjain, Dewas and Ratlam usually book a slot in advance, and remote bespoke over WhatsApp is available if the trip is not practical.

Terms That Do Not Change

Every piece carries lifetime exchange at 100% of the current gold value and 100% of the current diamond value, with making charges and taxes waived within 15 days of purchase and deducted after that, and lifetime buyback at 100% of the current gold value and 85% of the current diamond value. Shipping anywhere in India is free and fully insured.
