A simple four prong solitaire in 14K gold sits at the lower end, while an elaborate halo or three-stone design in 18K gold, or a men's ring with a wider band, sits higher.

What a 1 Carat Stone Looks Like

Cut quality decides how a 1 carat stone actually reads on the hand more than the number on the certificate does. A well cut round or oval stone at 1 carat faces up with real presence, and an elongated shape such as oval, marquise, or pear covers more of the finger than a round or princess cut of the same weight. Every Nivara 1 carat diamond meets the same ideal cut standard regardless of shape.

How the Price Works

A Nivara VVS E diamond is priced at ₹50,000 per carat, the same rate for every buyer, so the stone itself accounts for roughly ₹50,000 of the total at 1 carat. Setting and metal are additional and depend on the design you choose. We do not run tiers and do not quote a lower rate for a lower grade, because every 1 carat Nivara diamond meets the same standard.

Each diamond is IGI certified with the report number laser inscribed on the girdle, so the paper and the stone can never be separated, and ships with a light performance report grading brightness, fire, and contrast.
