Frequently Asked Questions
How many rings should I stack?
There is no rule. Most people start with three rings on one finger for a balanced look. Two feels intentional and minimalist. Five or more makes a bold statement. The key is varying band widths and textures to keep the stack readable.
Can I mix yellow gold and white gold in a stack?
Yes. Mixed metal stacks are a deliberate design choice. Pairing an 18K yellow gold band with a white gold pavé band creates visual contrast. At Nivara, our consultants can help you build a curated stack that works with your existing jewellery.
Are lab grown diamond stackable rings as durable as mined diamond rings?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds have identical hardness to mined diamonds (10 on the Mohs scale). The 14K and 18K gold bands used by Nivara are designed for daily wear and contact with other rings. All diamonds are IGI-certified.
Can I order one ring now and add to my stack later?
Yes. Many Nivara clients build their stacks over time, adding a ring to mark anniversaries, promotions, or personal milestones. Because all our rings are made to order, you can always request a band that complements what you already own.
