- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The request will be processed once the merchant has checked and verified the issue at their end.
- If the product received is not as described on the website or does not meet expectations, the concern must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Upon review of the complaint, our team will determine the appropriate resolution.
- For complaints related to products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the manufacturer for support or service.
Nivara offers flexibility and long-term value with every piece purchased:
- Customers can exchange their jewelry at 100% of the existing market value, covering only the making charges and applicable taxes.
- Jewelry can be sold back to us at 85% of the current market value, with deductions only for making charges and applicable taxes.
