Each stone is a lab-grown diamond of VVS clarity and E colour, finished to an ideal cut with hearts and arrows precision, so the brilliance matches the boldness of the design.

How is the diamond quality verified on Lush pieces?

Every diamond in the Lush collection passes 27 individual quality checks before it is set. Each stone carries an IGI certificate with its report number laser inscribed directly on the girdle, so the identity of your diamond can never be separated from the stone itself. Your piece also ships with a light performance report that grades brightness, fire and contrast, giving you an independent read on how the diamond actually performs under light, not just its certificate grade.

How is a Lush piece priced?

Every Lush diamond is priced at ₹50,000 per carat, and that rate holds for every buyer with no negotiation and no hidden markup. The setting and metal are costed separately based on the design and the gold weight used, so your final price reflects exactly what goes into the piece rather than a bundled estimate.

What metal is used and how long does a Lush piece take to make?

Lush pieces are made to order in 14K or 18K BIS hallmarked gold, whichever suits the design and your preference. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you rather than pulled from ready stock, production takes about three weeks, and your order is fully insured from the workshop to your doorstep.

What happens if I want to exchange or sell back a Lush piece later?

Nivara offers a lifetime exchange on every Lush piece at 100% of the current gold value and 100% of the current diamond value. Making charges and taxes are waived if you exchange within 15 days of purchase and are deducted after that window. If you would rather sell it back, our lifetime buyback pays 100% of the current gold value and 85% of the current diamond value, with making charges and taxes always deducted. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described, report it within 7 days and your refund is processed in 6 to 8 days.

Can I try on Lush pieces before I buy?

Yes. You can experience the Lush collection in person at our showrooms in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Indore, open all seven days from 11 am to 9 pm. The Hyderabad showroom is on Road No. 92, Journalist Colony, Jubilee Hills, the Bangalore showroom is at 311, Kamaraj Road, Commercial Street, and the Indore showroom is at Shivaay One, Yeshwant Niwas Road, Shivaji Nagar.
