Description
This Thea pendant holds a 0.40 carat round lab-grown diamond on a minimalist hook attachment that keeps the setting architecture out of the picture. The round brilliant cut delivers the broadest possible light return from a stone of this size: 58 facets engineered to reflect light back through the table in a way that makes the diamond read larger and brighter than its carat weight would suggest. The hook attachment sits close to the chain, so the pendant falls directly against the collarbone with minimal gap between the bale and the stone. The design is reduced to what matters. All diamonds are IGI-certified lab-grown, carrying the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds at a fraction of the environmental footprint.
Available in 14K and 18K gold. The karat choice affects the weight of the metal and the depth of its colour without changing the design or the diamond. The 18K finish is richer and more saturated; 14K holds its surface better under the daily contact a collarbone pendant experiences. Both are appropriate choices depending on how frequently and how continuously the piece is worn. This pendant works equally well on its own chain or layered with a second piece of contrasting length and scale.
