The Mira Pear Cut Solitaire with Halo centres a pear-shaped lab-grown diamond within a round brilliant-cut halo that follows the stone's curved shoulder and tapers to its point. The halo setting for a pear cut is technically demanding: the round stones must graduate in size to maintain the halo's consistent width as the stone narrows toward its tip. When executed well, as here, the halo makes the pear read as a single, larger stone rather than a stone plus an accessory row. The pear-cut centre stone and all halo diamonds are IGI-certified lab-grown, with the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds and a lower environmental footprint.
Available in yellow, rose, and white gold in 14K and 18K. Yellow gold in 18K brings a formal richness to the pear halo combination that suits milestone occasion wear. White gold frames the stones most neutrally and works for a wearer who wants the diamond character to lead. Rose gold softens the pear's pointed geometry and is well suited to daily wear in 14K.
