The oval brilliant is a round brilliant with an elongated outline, retaining the cut's exceptional light performance while producing a softer, more organic shape at the finger. Amara places an oval lab-grown diamond in a slim four-prong solitaire setting, the prongs at the two pointed ends stabilising the stone while keeping the long sides open and the silhouette clean. The elongated form visually lengthens the finger. The diamond is IGI-certified, with cut, colour, clarity, and carat independently documented. Lab-grown diamonds carry the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds and are produced at a fraction of the environmental cost.
The Amara oval solitaire is available in 14K and 18K gold across a full range of sizes. 14K is the harder-wearing option for a ring in daily contact. 18K provides a deeper gold tone and a higher purity. Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!
