Round lab-grown diamonds follow a spiralling path across the band of this ring, departing from the linear logic of a standard pave or eternity setting. The swirl is structural: the rotational trajectory of the diamond line changes the way the ring catches light as the hand moves, creating a dynamic that a straight-set band cannot produce. Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!
