The Asscher cut is a square step-cut diamond with deeply cropped corners and a high crown, producing a distinctive optical pattern of concentric squares visible through the table. Amara places an Asscher-cut lab-grown diamond at the centre of a round brilliant halo, the angular step-cut geometry playing directly against the circular brilliance surrounding it. The contrast is deliberate and produces a ring with more visual depth than either cut achieves in isolation. Every diamond is IGI-certified, with cut, colour, clarity, and carat independently verified. Lab-grown diamonds carry the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds, produced at a fraction of the environmental cost.
The Asscher halo is available in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold, each in 14K and 18K. Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!
