The Eira Efflora Mangalsutra is designed around a petal cluster at the pendant centre, with IGI-certified lab-grown round brilliant diamonds angled at slightly different planes so the piece catches light from multiple directions simultaneously. The chain construction echoes the organic geometry of the pendant rather than defaulting to a standard format, making the Efflora a complete object rather than a stone placed on a generic chain. Lab-grown round brilliants carry the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds, and IGI-certified production enables the precise stone calibration a close petal cluster requires.
The Efflora is available in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold in 14K and 18K. Yellow gold is the traditional register for a Mangalsutra and reads warmly against the petal form; white gold makes the diamond cluster the full visual story; rose gold sits between them and suits a contemporary approach to the piece. All three colours are available in both karats.

Are lab-grown diamonds real?
Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!

Yes. Nivara is a certified Trusted Jeweller of IGI. All our lab diamonds are certified by IGI, and have an inscription that matches the number on the laboratory certificate. To ensure the extremely expedited timeline, they will not come with an additional certification.
