The Butterfly pendant from the Vanya collection is structured around two geometrically opposed cuts: a marquise diamond forms the upper wing, tapering to a narrow point at each end, while a pear diamond hangs below it, its rounded shoulder curving outward in the opposite direction. Together the two stones describe a butterfly silhouette in flight with no additional ornamentation. The setting uses minimal metal to keep both cuts visible from all angles. Each diamond is IGI-certified lab-grown, sharing the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds, at a fraction of the environmental footprint.
The pendant is available in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold in 14K or 18K. White gold keeps the focus on the diamond arrangement and lets both cuts project maximum brilliance. Yellow gold gives the piece warmth and depth. Rose gold reads softly against the skin and works particularly well for everyday wear layered with other fine pieces on the same chain.

Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!
