The Pleat earring takes its form from the folded geometry of pleated fabric, translating that reference into a gold and diamond structure with multiple angled faces. Round-cut diamonds are set across the folded planes, so each section of the earring catches light at a different angle simultaneously. The result is an earring that looks different depending on where the light source sits relative to the wearer. Each diamond is IGI-certified lab-grown, with the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds, at a fraction of the environmental footprint.
Available in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold in 14K and 18K. The sculptural profile of the Pleat earring means it functions as the primary element of an outfit rather than as an accent. Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!

Yes. Nivara is a certified Trusted Jeweller of IGI. All our lab diamonds are certified by IGI, and have an inscription that matches the number on the laboratory certificate. To ensure the extremely expedited timeline, they will not come with an additional certification.
