The Mode Solitaire Light Necklace suspends a single round brilliant-cut lab-grown diamond from a fine chain in a minimal four-prong setting. The chain is drawn thin enough to disappear against the skin, so the diamond appears to rest at the neckline without visible support structure framing it. The four prongs are set at angles that leave the crown fully open, allowing light to enter the stone from all directions and return through the table in a direct spread of white fire. The round brilliant's 57 precisely calibrated facets produce the strongest and most consistent light return of any standard cut. Every stone is IGI-certified lab-grown, sharing the optical, chemical, and physical properties of a mined diamond at a fraction of the environmental footprint.
Available in yellow, rose, and white gold in both 14K and 18K. White gold with a fine chain is the most invisible frame, making the diamond appear to float at the neckline without a metal context competing for attention. Both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds possess identical physical and chemical properties. It is impossible to distinguish them with the naked eye. Just like a test tube baby and a naturally born baby!
