The Nivara Gift Card is crafted in 18kt yellow gold and set with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. Each stone is grown under controlled conditions and is chemically, optically, and physically identical to a mined diamond — without the environmental and ethical concerns associated with mining.

- Gift cards are issued digitally and delivered via email to the registered email address.
- The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.
- The gift card is non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The value of the gift card can be redeemed partially or fully in a single or multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
- The gift card must be presented at the time of purchase for redemption.
- The gift card cannot be replaced if lost, deleted, or misused.
- Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.
- Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Products purchased using a gift card are subject to Nivara’s standard return and exchange policies.

Gift cards are available on request and are processed through email. Once you contact us, our team will share the details, confirm the value, and guide you through the issuance process via email for a smooth and secure experience.

Gift card details are automatically sent to your email once the gift card is issued. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 72 hours of placing your request.
